What To Expect After Submitting Your PO
o An order confirmation will be sent immediately following the processing of your purchase order.
o 50% down payment is required to initiate the proofing process and hold stock. The remaining balance plus any freight charges will be due once the order is ready to ship.

The following is provided to assist you in submitting art that will ensure satisfaction and timely completion of your order. Please be as specific as possible with the layout of the artwork. This will allow us to efficiently process your order. If exact size is NOT stated, art will be sized to fit item.
An electronic proof is automatically sent for your approval. Approval in writing is required before production begins.
**Please note: No changes can be made to an order after the digital art proof has been approved.
Standard lead time for a pre-production sample is 5 business days from digital proof approval. Rush production is not available for pre-production samples.
Standard production time is 10 business days if the item is in stock at the time the order is placed.
Rush Service is available for most orders. We will always work to accommodate a rush, but this service is not guaranteed. Rush service is only available if the item(s) are in stock at the time the order is placed.
On select products, we offer quantities lower than the published minimum order quantity for an additional fee of $60.00(g).

Blank samples are available in most cases. The cost for blank samples is the end column price plus any associated shipping costs.
By placing an order with BrandBox you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc. identified in your order. BrandBox reserves the right to use any items produced in displays, catalogs, ads or any promotional material, unless otherwise indicated in writing.
All items are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. In the event of a breach of warranty, buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy is a return of the item for repair or replacement. BrandBox disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties arising from course detailing or usage of trade and warranties of noninfringement.
