How To Order

Below are some facts to help you with your order.

All pricing includes first color/location decoration. Setups are additional:

  • Screen/Pad print:
    • Additional setup per color/position: $55.00 (g)
    • Run charge per color/position: $0.65 (g)
  • Laser:
    • Additional setup per color/position: $62.50 (g)
    • Run charge per color/position: $1.25 (g)
  • Full color decal:
    • Additional setup per color/position: $45.00 (g)
    • Run charge per color/position: $0.85 (g)
  • VibePrint full color digital print:
    • Additional set up per position: $50.00 (g)
    • Run Charge per position: $1.25 (g)

  • Imprint color change : $25.00 (g) per imprint color change. Minimum per color change must be minimum catalog quantity listed.
  • PMS Color Match:
    • Pad Printing: $25.00 (g) per PMS matched imprint color. Stock imprint colors available at no charge. PMS imprint colors are not 100% guaranteed to be a perfect match on colored items. Not available on 4 color decal.
    • Matrix of Stock Imprint colors:

Laser Engraving: $62.50 (g) setup charge plus running charge of $2.50 (g) per piece. Specific layout in excel required, available upon request.

Repeat order only applies to exact artwork on exact item. Specify the previous PO. Artwork stays on file for 2 years. Below setups plus running charges (if applicable).

  • Full color decal: $25.00 (g)

The following is provided to assist you in submitting art that will ensure satisfaction and timely completion of your order. Please be as specific as possible with the layout of the artwork. This will allow us to efficiently process your order. If exact size is NOT stated, art will be sized to fit item.

  • Acceptable file types:
    • Adobe Illustrator vector format (.ai, .eps, or .pdf) is preferred. Please remember to convert all text to outlines. For any photo-real imagery, please submit .psd, .tif or .jpg files. The original file must be at least 300 dpi resolution or higher at actual size.
  • Unsupported file types:
    • QuarkXpress, PageMaker, Freehand, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Any unsupported file types will result in additional charges for redrawing artwork.
  • Logo Placement & Sizing:
    • Appropriately determined by BrandBox unless specified by your purchase order.
  • Additional Logo Information:
    • Please also provide any additional information specific to your logo, regarding Pantone (PMS) colors, thread colors, or brand guidelines.
  • VECTOR vs. RASTER artwork:
    • Vector artwork is created by a series of points and paths. It can be scaled, edited and resized without compromising the quality. Raster artwork is created by a fixed number of pixels. It cannot be scaled up once saved. Example:

  • HI-RES vs. LOW-RES artwork:
    • High resolution artwork is needed for clear reproduction of your logo. This means that your artwork must be at least 300 dpi at the size it is to be printed. Low resolution files will reproduce poorly, and have a blurry, pixelated look. Example:

An electronic proof is automatically sent for your approval. Approval is required before production begins.

Are available on request.

  • Standard setups/ running charges apply.
  • Product proof will add 4-6 working days to production time. Product proofs are not available on rush orders.
  • All proofs MUST be approved in writing.

Samples can be produced in 4-6 working days for Standard setup/running charges and freight. Limit one spec sample per order.

10 working days from receipt of order and art.

Is subject to stock availability:

  • Orders and artwork must be received before 12noon EST. Indication of rush service request must be clearly stated on Purchase order.
  • Account must be in good standing, for those accounts not setup with credit order must be paid in full by credit card.
  • 5 day rush: Add $0.50 (g)
  • 3 day rush: Add $1.00 (g)

$60.00 (g). Absolute minimum quantity available for purchase is half the listed minimum catalog quantity. These orders will be charged minimum quantity price.

Over quantity or under quantity will not exceed 5% industry standard. Every effort is made to ship the quantity shown on the purchase order; however, BrandBox reserves the right to ship 5% over or under the quantity requested.

$25.00 (g) per order if exact quantity is required.

Most samples are shipped blank and can be purchased at EQP plus freight. Limit of 5 pieces per item.

All items are bulk packed unless otherwise noted on catalog pages.

Cancellations are subject to a $60.00 (g) charge and all labor and production costs expended. All requests for a cancellation must be in writing!

  • Returned merchandise will not be accepted without written authorization from BrandBox. Contact Customer Service for RA number.
  • BrandBox reserves the right to request a sample of the item to be returned before an authorization is to be made, contact customer service.
  • Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge when returned within 30 days from receipt of merchandise.
  • Samples that are returned must be in resalable condition.

  • All small packages are shipped UPS or FedEx ground service throughout continental North America, unless otherwise specified on P.O. - Shipments cannot be made to a Post Office Box address.
  • USPS shipments require a $6.25 (g) handling fee.
  • Shipping charges will be added to invoice.
  • A $6.25 (g) handling fee will be applied to all orders being billed on third party account.
  • If the order is being shipped any other method than ground, your shipper number is required.
  • Customer must advise if order is shipping to a residential address.
  • All standard ground parcel rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Any claims concerning lost or damaged merchandise must be made directly to the carrier. Ownership of the product transfers to customer when given to carrier.
  • BrandBox cannot be held responsible for delayed shipments when merchandise is given to carrier on time.
  • Insurance and handling are added to all shipments.
  • Failure to provide complete and accurate shipping addresses may cause delays to your shipment and fee will be incurred for correction to shipment.
  • Drop shipments: $10.00 (g) for additional drop shipments after the first location.
  • An excel file with complete address information is required if requesting more than 5 locations. Customer service would be happy to provide the template.
  • Split Shipments: $10.00 (g) per release. Order must be completely shipped within 6 months after original order placed.
  • Prepayment is required for new accounts. Fifty percent of total is due at time of order and 50% is due before shipping.
  • To establish terms; credit reference must be provided; it will be subject to credit checking and usually takes 7-10 days. Terms will be based on results of credit check.
  • BrandBox accepts most credit cards and wire transfer.

Prices, terms and conditions, items and colors are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. In some cases product design or shade of color may be changed after printing of this catalog.

By placing an order with BrandBox you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc. identified in your order. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BrandBox its subsidiaries, affiliates and representatives from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to an actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation or trademark, copyright, or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision will remain in effect after delivery of your order.

Logos and other imprints in this catalog are for illustrative purposes only. They are never intended to suggest that this company designed the imprints or that the company whose logo is illustrated in any way endorses the product, nor are any items with these specific logos for sale to anyone other than the parties expressly authorized by the owner(s) of such designs.

BrandBox reserves the right to use any items produced in displays, catalogs, ads or any promotional material, unless otherwise indicated in writing.

All items are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. In the event of a breach of warranty, buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy is a return of the item for repair or replacement. BrandBox disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties arising from course detailing or usage of trade and warranties of noninfringement.
